Would it be better to display post nav-bar both at the top & at the bottom?

The post nav-bar is now displayed only at bottom of the post, as the screenshot below:

It's a little bit inconvenient to switch to previous or next when reading a long post, it'll be much better if the nav-bar displayed at both top & bottom. 🙏

Yes, the current behavior is the same as WordPress official themes.
