PHP memory setting

Steps to reproduce

1. configy NEXTCLOUD_MEMORY_LIMIT=1024M
2. execute OCC command in nextcloud container
3. See message about minimum php memory not set

Expected behavior

No message about PHP minimum memory

Actual behavior

Sorry - not understanding? The OCC commands work as expected but I'm querying the statement that "The current PHP memory limit is below the recommended value of 512MB."

I had set to 1024M but the OCC output seems to suggest it is actually below 512M

This output is only happening because you execute the occ command incorrectly. If you want to keep using sudo, you need to add -E to the command.
