Fresh install of Oracle VirtualBox on Windows 10 fails to start the provided .ova file. Unable to try out Nextcloud server at all.
Error message presented in VirtualBox after pressing Start and waiting for the VM to boot for the first time:
Failed to load the NVRAM store from the file VERR_PATH_NOT_FOUND
Can't attach Nvram Storage driver

Tried this on two separate Windows 10 machines with the same result.
Steps to reproduce
Install Oracle Virtual Box
Download OVA from Nextcloud Site
Ctrl-I to Import the OVA Appliance [Default configuration values used]
Adjust network interface to bridged mode
Press Start on the VM
Expected behavior
VM to boot to a login shell where the Nextcloud server can be evaluated.
