Search: Cannot open results while search still ongoing

Steps to reproduce

Hi there and thank you for your great app and updates to it!

I have an annoying bug that has been existing for a long time now: I cannot open search results/files as long as search is still ongoing on server.
This unfortunately makes search interaction painfully slow.

Many thanks in advance your kind help in potentially solving this issue !

1. Open Nextcloud Android app
2. Search for a keyword
3. View the desired file that appears after few seconds
4. Try to select the file to open it and stop the search
5. It is not possible to click the file and you have to wait until the end of the search (that goes through all the categories like files, events, deck app etc., which can take like 30 seconds)

Expected behaviour

1. Open Nextcloud Android app
2. Search for a keyword
3. View the desired file that appears after few seconds
4. Try to select the file to open it
5. Upon click, the search immediately stops, and the selected file immediately opens
