Add a "Requirements" section?

Describe the feature you'd like to request

Just in the main page some requirements of what the function is likely to consume while active.
for example amount of RAM needed, or CPU/GPU and if specific drivers are needed.
And storage.

Since not everyone will be able to use, for example if NC is hosted on a small Raspberri Pi.

Describe the solution you'd like

Just a requirement title in the main readme page with recommended specs.

Describe alternatives you've considered
