25.0.0-alpha3: No export button anymore?

It seems the export button for unread and starred articles is gone

Explain what you did to encounter the issue

1. Open 25.0.0-alpha3
2. Do not see the export button

System Information

• News app version: 25.0.0-alpha3
• Nextcloud version: Nextcloud Hub 7 (28.0.1)
• Cron type: system cron
• PHP version: 8.2
• Database and version: mysql
• Browser and version: Firefox 121.0
• OS and version: Win11

On CLI there is an option to export, that's nice.
