I assume, that didn't work as expected. Wouldn't it be better to directly focus on Nextcloud 30?

Updates are version by version, so it isn't technically feasible to skip 29. It'll get there.

@Schniefel Unfortunately no, because I got Covid... :(
Once we have supsupport for NC 29, NC 30 will be supported shortly after.
The reason it takes so much work is the included PHP update

Nextcloud 29 support has been added with NCP v1.55.0
