In the Files module, special characters in the share link's "Share label", such as the straight single quote/apostrophe, will not render correctly in the sharing sidebar.
Note that I can only provide basic information here because I am not the server admin, just a user of the web interface.
Steps to reproduce
In the Files module, select a folder's sharing properties
Create a "Share link"
In "Advanced settings" Set the "Share label" field to Hal's general access:

Special characters should be rendered correctly instead of encoded entities.
