Activity indicator missing after cell reload if server does not send content length

• go to shared room items (e.g. recordings)
• Start downloading an item
• Go to another category (e.g. media)
• Go back to the first category

If the download did not finish, the activity indicator should still be visible on the cell. That usually happens as progress is continuously reported. After latest apache update, a content length header is not send by default anymore, therefore a progress is not indicated -> no activity indicator
