New feature

Would it be possible to provide the top-level config setting cleanup = true as a nextflow run CLI parameter too in order to override how it's set in config files?

Usage scenario

Our institutional nf-core config has this set to true, in order to avoid users exceeding their storage quota. Now one of our users has a pipeline that always needs to be resumed at some point due to an interactive intermediate step. The current workaround is to add the debug profile (or supplying an additional config file which only contains cleanup = false ) as an override, but if this could be done via the CLI too, that'd be very convenient.

I think the config profile is the appropriate way to do this. Maybe with #3849 we could add a command line option
