For a particular city, currently a user has to download data in all the languages, not just his current/prefered. With growing number of languages this might become a burden.

Suggestion:

  1. Split language dependent data in separate packs.
  2. Automatically download only EN and phone locale.
  3. Offer to download additional lang-packs only if user changes language of the data in Settings.
