WMS support: use not only name but title of the layer too #128

Currently if layers contain titles, but not names of the layers, if will not open.

We should accept both. Leaflet shows titles just fine too.

See for example: https://qms.nextgis.com/geoservices/1121/

if you use title: bass_wgs_geo_a_vw instead of name: workspace:bass_wgs_geo_a_vw the WMS won't get added.

While it seems that is fine too: http://bassepr.kpfu.ru/geoserver/wms?service=WMS&request=GetMap&version=1.1.1&layers=bass_wgs_geo_a_vw&format=image/png&transparent=true&height=256&width=256&srs=EPSG:900913&bbox=4070118.882129065,6574807.4249777235,4226661.916057105,6731350.458905761
