Issues with own data sources of type GDAL AGS (ArcGIS REST map service)? #78

In QGIS QMS settings, I tried to add a data source "eatlas_egipmap" of type GDAL AGS (ArcGIS REST map service, image service, untiled requests): eatlas_egipmap.zip . I then did not succeed to see a map of Moscow :-). Is this a problem of this gdal_source.xml or is this a issue of QMS and GDAL AGS? See also #77 .

I had also issues in dialog QMS > Settings > Add/Edit/Remove . I first added the service given above and saved it (to C:\Users\username.qgis2\QuickMapServices\User\data_sources\eatlas_egipmap\ ). Then, when reopening the Edit dialog it does not accept "OK" anymore and does not close the dialog. I also observe that QMS added a copy of the directory plus "0" in the name under C:\Users\username.qgis2\QuickMapServices\User\data_sources\eatlas_egipmap0\ .
