Trouble importing Falcon gain reference

My data is collected on Falcon in EER mode. The gain reference file format is TIFF (extension .gain). As this format is not recognised, I have converted the file to MRC with IMOD tif2mrc. I am still getting an error

This is strange because the image is a square. Any suggestions how to read the gain file correctly?

This was an issue with the gain and the raw eer frames having different sizes (4k vs. 16k). The new version 0.6.1 should be able to handle this better now.
