Incorporation of OWL ontology files

Hello,

We are getting more requests to import ontologies into SwateDB that only have OWL files available. Unfortunately, the conversion of OWL to OBO is not recommended as it is very error-prone and manually creating an OBO file of most ontologies is unfeasible due the size of the ontology. To overcome these issues. it is necessary that OWL files can also be added to SwateDB so that users have access to the terms they need.
