Describe the bug
The error happen when a new docker image (hoot_external_command_nightly) is build and tested from the test_image.sh

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Followed the steps from README.md in the hoot_external_command_nightly
See error while executing test_image.sh script

Expected behavior
To have the threshold values as an example in the test_image.sh
