createRoutingFactory and createServiceFactory are mutually exclusive?

I'm trying to test a service that injects ActivatedRoute but I can't use createRoutingFactory without a component declaration, and service is not part of the options, but createServiceFactory doesn't provide options for mocking out the route, leaving me to manually mock my routes.

Am I missing something or is this intended? Or is it a code smell for how I have my code designed? The service is a small shared-state service for a micro-front end that factors out a bunch of route handling and data related logic from 4 different components, all of which were doing the exact same parsing of the route and configuring the state.

In your test file can't you just create a fake @Component class that injects the service you want to test?

That's certainly a possibility. I'd have to revisit that test case and see. I don't recall how I ended up dealing with that in the moment, though I think I managed something.
