Integrating the OpenWebCalendar through an HTML div

The iframe approach seems to cause some issues (e.g., #443) and as mentioned in w3c/wot-marketing#497 (comment) it might make sense to integrate it with a div.

Thanks for reporting this! I think that this is a very good idea. I will have a look at this. It also allows activating other plug-ins.
