We should coordinate either on forums or BabelZilla our L10n teams.

Their mission is to translate but also review the translation to make sure there are no issues.

Previously, Songbird was translated but there was not much communication between translators and some people were randomly translating some strings.

As part of the fr team, we did a first review of the locale using Babelzilla to coordinate our efforts. I was also able to meet most of top translators.

For de, we have one top translator with Lukas_Skywalker.
For coordination, maybe we could say the person pushing or pull requesting to this repo will check the changes (as git diff is quite easy to do), and nobody pushes/requests own translations? Coordination via one forum thread per locale, threads only creatable by mods to prevent pulluting the subforum? Something like that sounds good for me.

Created the forum. http://forum.getnightingale.com/forum-19.html
We need to post some exact process information once babelzilla is up.

I also added a de thread for reference... I think we might add more locales as soon as there are translators/reviewers for it?

I've created this wiki template for future threads. (Yay, no more edit, then copying, then canel editing then new threading and then pasting)
