Impossible version range fails silently #73

Using non-existing version or impossible version constraint doesn't raise an error :

If I have a project with a "myproject.nimble" file containing the following :
requires "arraymancer >= 0.10.0 & < 0.7.20"

And I call "atlas use myproject.nimble", atlas doesn't fail when it is impossible to resolve the version.
