unexpected result

I find this extension really helpful, but unfortunately I get unexpected results, when checking selected glyphs for example. I tried several fonts, but always the same: e.g. b and lcaron is selected - I run check selected glyphs: the outcome is only lcaron and lcaron as a touching pair, although it should be also lcaron and b (at least in the fonts I tried). Would be great if this could be fixed somehow, I have no idea what could be wrong. Many thanks in advance.
