  • Move types out of banner/ (these types aren't always related to the output of Banner API calls)
  • Move combine-courses.ts outside fetcher/. It doesn't really seem to belong with any of the folders
  • Think of better name for the "read/" folder. Is it descriptive enough?
  • Move constants outside fetcher #26
