"Dates must be increasing with each revision" during Migration

While migrating work items from one organization to another, I am running into an error on a handful of work items:

"Dates must be increasing with each revision"

For each work item that is affected by this error (~150 of 16500+ work items), the work item is created, and only the first couple of revisions in the history are "saved" before this error occurs, even though the source work item has 15+ (in some cases over 40). From the source work items, all the revision dates appear to be in chronological order. I have even tried deleting the corresponding work item in the target ADO organization, and tried to migrate the work item again, but ran into the same issue at the same spot.

Here is some information on how I am running the migration tool:

• I am using v15.0.4.0
• Running on an Azure VM
• SkipRevisionWithInvalidIterationPath = true
• SkipRevisionWithInvalidAreaPath = true
  **(When running with both of the above set to false, I run into the same error)
• ShouldCreateMissingRevisionPaths = true

Any help that you can provide would be helpful in trying to figure out why this error is occurring, and how I can resolve the issue and migrate the entirety of the work items, so they are up to date. Thanks in advance for looking at this.
