History Name change

After migrating a work item from one project to another project within the same collection, the History section shows the name of the user/service account using which the migrator tool was run instead of the actual user who has made the changes to the work item.

This is not normal behaviour. Most likely reason for it to happen is insufficient permission to run with BypassRules enabled.

We recommend the account running the migration to be a Collection Administrator.

History name issue in workitem (Bug,feature,epic,Task) has been resolved.

But now in test plan and suites migration, the same issue in history it is showing the name of the person who done the migration.

Can you please assist us?

In test plans and suites we cant override the write on behalf of as far as I am aware.
