According to OGC API Features standard there are sub elements like "links" or "timestamp" below Feature or FeatureCollection response.

Cadastre OGC API Features needs to tell the status of the register for API users.

Need a new "meta" etc. element below Feature or FeatureCollection (at same level as "links" or "timestamp") that would contain

rekisteritilannepvm (date when register is updated succesfully)
rekisteritilanneAjantasalla (whether the register is up-to-date or not)

This meta information would be added to all Cadastre feature products.
