I see this script 'AEserver', was wondering what's that do, so I execute it.
Shortly, after a reboot, the app crashed, can't toggle the switcher anymore, acts the same way as if I don't have a license, but without a pop-up. The solution is not really a solution, works just temporarily - Remove the app with app cleaner, install mac mouse again, after it, I can toggle the switcher, and display in menu bar. If I try to reach the app from menu bar, I see 'Can't open, because it's in the bin'. If I delete it from bin, it removes the icon from menu bin, and when I open it directly, toggle the switcher is not allowed, until I delete the app again.

How do I fix it now?
