[BUG] Telegramer plugin unclicking itself / won't work

Describe the bug
When I have installed the Telegramer plugin, I can select it in the webUI but it proceeds to uncheck itself and will not enable. This issue is persistent and only seems to be happening with Telegramer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the plugin (either using the webUI or thin client daemon)
2. Click the checkbox to activate the plugin - on the thin client it will instantly uncheck itself, on the webUI it stays checked
3. Click Apply/OK
4. Re-open the preferences tab and it is unchecked once more
