While ASK doesn't support writing to Google Calendar (at least not in any obvious way), it should be achievable via account linking (https://developer.amazon.com/docs/account-linking/understand-account-linking.html#steps-to-implement) to connect the skill to the user's Google Calendar and then using Google's API.

FWIW, I have a rough prototype of this working (in a different skill). In fact, it was demonstrated at UberConf 2019.
