私人帐号→不干坏事，正经自用→私人帐号
私人帐号→用特殊软件经cookie访问→还可能保持私人帐号
（这个是MoeViewerR的实际情况）
私人帐号→多人输入cookie使用→封禁一些功能→公共账号
是这样吗？主要是在南+看到了有关公共账号的帖子，又找到了一个自建私人[数据删除]的方法，想试试，如果能就多注册几个捐cookie，但是又怀疑做成公共号需要特殊操作...
