Add Concept of a Session

Typically we spin up the server, play for about 10 games and then call it. I would call that a session and think it would be cool to be able to break down stats at the sessions level since the game level is sometimes to small and the global one only gets bigger. Will also still work if uploading the file after the fact since that single upload could be called a session as well.
