Need to update for Quasar 1.x

Quasar 1.0.2 is the current release, so this should be updated to support this.

It should be noted that this upgrade will break certain things, due to convention changes. For example 'plugins' are now 'boot'.

This update will break a LOT of things, actually. Would love a PR or some help here... if you are so inclined...
