Confirmed on android, iOS is unknown.

Appears to only exist on mobile firefox. Or maybe just my phone. Hmm.

Whenever I download a file, e.g. a quote, it downloads as "downloadfile.pdf". This is on Firefox on Android. Nick just tried on Chrome on Android and it works fine. 🤔
