Unsuccessful entries render wrong view or clears input forms #344

If attempting to create a species entry fails, all inputs are cleared
If attempting to create/edit time unit fails, app enters 'read' -mode
Bugs might present elsewhere too. Would be good to have unified and correct everywhere
