A way for folks internally to keep an eye on key subgroups of races. (And then, when relevant, we'll do something nicer for stories.)

Key ballot initiatives
Counties that flipped Obama 2012 -> Trump 2016 (TODO: Identify those counties)
Counties that flipped Trump 2016 -> Biden 2020 or Clinton 2016 -> Trump 2020 (would need to add to this page as results come in)

Connie is gathering the flipped county data for some graphics--if they get it assembled, I'll set up a route for these in table form.
