Change "Back to top" link at end of each post to "Back to results"

Mentioned at end of 1/27 wash desk check-in.

Maybe this is configurable in the doc? Default to "back to top" but allow the option for alternate text? ("Back to results" shouldn't be the default – we'll be using the liveblog for other events, like debates, that don't have results.)

Since these links now go to the top, instead of GCU, I think we should keep the text as-is.
