Notes after a quick Slack exchange with Emily in Engagement:

This might include building in a way to subscribe to a newsletter to be notified of updates?

There's also the option of the newsletter sticky bar prompt on certain stories. This won't work on apps projects, though. Will there be any kind of aggregation/tag for Science of Joy-related stories in Seamus maybe?
