NX release: Add support for assets 🥷📦

I really appreciate your work over the past few years.
You've made Nx probably the most robust and configurable tool in the open-source community!

Background

I just published a new repo, using the Nx release feature to launch different packages (in my case - iOS shortcuts).

Request - Support GitHub Assets

I'd like to attach the iOS shortcut itself to my releases as an asset. That would be super handy, especially for checking new releases and getting the updated shortcut.

Do you think this is doable?
