Generated libs and serve

I'm going to guess this isn't supported, but what would the path be to support it?

Basically if I'm doing something like nx run app;serve to develop on an app with hot-reloading and I want to add another lib nx g lib some-lib. I can't use some-lib in app until I restart the nx run app:serve.
