Building documentation using nox

Is this issue already tracked somewhere, or is this a new report?

• I've reviewed existing issues and couldn't find a duplicate for this problem.

Current Behavior

We haven't configured nox -s build_docs -- --serve

Expected Behavior

nox -s build_docs -- --serve should work

Steps To Reproduce

1. clone the repository
2. run nox -s build_docs -- --serve

Environment

- OS:
- Python:

Additional Context

We'll need to add a section in the docs to clarify that integration tests and documentation will require that we export valid EDL credentials with certain EULAs approved.
