Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm always frustrated when I realize S3 can only connect to a single RPC endpoint. If it fails --- S3 is down. SN can have many and can stay alive if one of them goes down.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add support for multi-endpoint configuration. It'd be nice to unify its syntax with SN.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Zero alternatives.
