I am already the part of Null community ie part of marketing team with in Null, so already working for the mission and visions created by null
##2.What motivates you to nominate yourself for a board position within the null community, and what unique contributions do you plan to bring?
My motivation to nominate myself for a board position within the Null community stems from a deep passion for cybersecurity and knowledge-sharing. With over 13 years of experience in IT security, digital forensics, and threat hunting, I have consistently benefited from collaborative communities like Null. I believe that giving back by contributing my expertise and time to this community is a meaningful way to support and inspire others in the field.
##3.Can you describe your leadership style and how you intend to collaborate with fellow board members and volunteers to achieve the community's objectives?
My leadership style is collaborative and adaptive, with a focus on empowering others to succeed. I believe in fostering an inclusive environment where every individual’s ideas are valued, and everyone feels motivated to contribute. By combining clear communication, active listening, and a solutions-oriented mindset, I aim to lead with both empathy and effectiveness.
4.What is your vision for the null community over the next five years, and how do you plan to contribute to its growth and innovation beyond current activities?
To achieve the vision for the Null community, I aim to leverage my expertise in cybersecurity and leadership to drive strategic initiatives. I will focus on creating a clear roadmap, leading key projects like mentorship programs and outreach campaigns, and fostering partnerships to expand the community's impact. Drawing from my experience in threat hunting and compliance, I will develop workshops and webinars aligned with emerging industry trends.
5.How will you encourage and support community members to start, lead, and grow new null initiatives, projects, and chapters, ensuring the needs of both beginners and experts are met globally?
To encourage and support new Null initiatives, I would create a structured framework with resources, mentorship, and training to help members start and lead projects confidently. For beginners, I would provide foundational resources and mentor connections, while experts would have opportunities to lead advanced discussions and share their expertise.
Globally, I would foster regional chapters tailored to local needs, ensuring alignment with Null’s goals and promoting collaboration through virtual forums and global events. By implementing feedback mechanisms and recognition programs, I aim to sustain enthusiasm and ensure the growth of initiatives and chapters worldwide.
6.Given that this is a volunteer position without financial compensation, how do you plan to balance your time and commitment to the community?
I view this role as an extension of my passion for cybersecurity and knowledge-sharing, which naturally motivates me to contribute. Additionally, by delegating responsibilities, empowering volunteers, and focusing on impactful initiatives, I can maximize my contributions without overstretching. My goal is to create a sustainable balance that allows me to support the community while honouring my other commitments.

I have mentored many professional in ensuring the carer in this filed , also the part of ISACA Delhi chapter where help and guided the professional about the cyber security and how they can manage and align their role in cyber security.
With OWASP and Cloud Security Alliance imparted the knowledge about the vulnerability assessment and cloud security posture in cloud
9.How will you promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the null community to ensure it is welcoming and accessible to all individuals?
To promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within Null, I will focus on making the community accessible to underrepresented groups in cybersecurity, including women, people of colour, and those from non-technical backgrounds. I will organize targeted outreach programs, provide tailored resources, and ensure content is available in multiple languages. I will foster an inclusive culture by encouraging diverse voices, supporting underrepresented leaders, and creating safe spaces for open dialogue. My goal is to ensure everyone, regardless of background or experience, feels valued and has equal opportunities to grow and contribute
10.The null community has yet to achieve significant industry recognition and support. What strategies would you implement to gain such recognition and support, similar to initiatives like the OWASP Top 10?
To gain industry recognition for Null, I would focus on creating impactful, community-driven initiatives like benchmarks or best practices that address key cybersecurity challenges, similar to the OWASP Top 10. I would also build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and government bodies to enhance credibility.
By showcasing Null’s contributions at major conferences, webinars, and through media outlets, we can increase visibility and position the community as a valuable industry resource. Highlighting success stories and practical impact will further boost recognition.
