hyphen in sample name is replaced with dot, this causes unmatched column names:
[INFO 08/01-10:25] colansmesC666-1_RNA
[INFO 08/01-10:25] out.tableC666.1_RNA
[ERROR] Colnames do not match C666-1_RNA/irap_qc/tophat2/featstats_raw.tsv
