[FEATURE] Rich Previews/Image Fetching

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not related to any problems currently. It would be nice to copy and paste an image url from google or any other website and have it load in the chat.

Lets say for example I paste this link http://i.imgur.com/W0QgS4N.png

I would expect the link to render to an image/meta tags of a website and display a Rich Preview.

I understand we cannot have this done for every image host, however imgur is a very popular one as well as a few others where this feature could filter using the url and fetch the image for use.
