As open source developers, we are often quick to dismiss user errors as problems, preferring instead to blame the users themselves for their mistakes. However, we often forget that we were the ones that made it easy for the user to make mistakes in the first place.

In this talk, we will cover some simple actionable heuristics you can use to redesign your systems to be less error prone, which will in turn result in an improved experience for your users.
