Error on suggestion array empty #4

Hello I have one error returned if the suggestion array is empty here:

if ($filter = $this->getFilterMatch($suggestion)) {

I solve the problem like this

if ( count($suggestion) != 0 && $filter = $this->getFilterMatch($suggestion)) {
