auto add boilerplate for locale files

this title might not be clear,
This is an idea i got based on my problem with creating many keys in every locale file and before i added the text to the template.

the idea is if you add something like {{ $t('welcome') }} and you had no 'welcome' in your locales besides having an option in the config like:

i18n: {
   autoPlate: 'locales/en.json'
}

then it creates welcome key in the locales/en.json,

Why this?, sometimes during the project i have time for making the layout but not the keys for translation, but i don't want to forget about any missing keys.

When i finish the layout i could simply just use that option and fill the keys in the files.

This will allow someone to quickly build translation files, i can even let Ai make other locales based one file. But Ai has nothing todo with this feature i am having. i am just saying why this feature might help.

I am really shifting my focus between the layout and the locale keys, if anyone has an approach or think this feature is not needed, then you could suggest me something else.
