Is it possible to bypass the "Hi there, welcome" screen?

Hi!

I'm an avid user of devtools, I love it so much! But one thing that's been bugging me is the fact that every refresh "resets" the "Hi there, welcome" screen - and the telemetry checkbox does't save its state (even with the recommended "telemetry: false" and env vars).

Is there a way that 1) I can make sure that telemetry stays disabled between page refresh? 2) Bypass the welcome screen to get straight to business?
