Current Reading Element

Hey Guys,

Anyone here can help me extract the current word/element NVDA is reading in real time.

Example : NVDA is reading a sentence, I want to log ,in real time, the word being read , and the timestamps for read start and end for each word in the sentence.
This way I can exactly determine, how long NVDA took to read each word / How many times the word was navigated on.
