outlook(new): type of inserted list is not spoken. #17478

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open the new outlook.
  • press "CTRL+N" to draft a new e-mail.
  • Go to compose(Message body) field.
  • try to create Ordered or unordered list by pressing "1." or "*".

Actual behavior:

The NVDA does not announce the number or Bullet for each list item

Expected behavior:

NVDA must announce the number or Bullet for each list item so that user should Differentiate the list items, and understand what kind of list is being inserted.
Note: this issue is only applicable in the "Message body" field while composing an e-mail.
NVDA reads correctly when the e-mail is sent.

NVDA 2024.4.1 RC

Windows version:

Windows 11.

Microsoft Outlook(new) Version 1.2024.1115.300 (Production).
