Feature description
I have been wondering if you have planned to add callouts implementation, i have seen a lot of people being excited for that in markdown.nvim but it seems that here there isn't any callout implemetation (or atleast to me)

it's basically quotes which begin with a special tag to make them be rendered with a particular color/icon/title, such as Note/Tip/Important/Warning/Caution/Bug. See this example from render-markdown.nvim's readme
For the most part, you can implement them currently by modifying the concealer's settings (overriding the render function for quotes, you will have to read the original function's code to see how it works), but there is nothing in the spec about it so the tags used won't be standard. You can't use complex markup such as code blocks inside of quotes currently though
